They didn’t keep us waiting long! Just hours after announcing the birth of their fourth child, a little girl, David and Victoria Beckham have revealed their new daughter’s name.
“I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham,” David wrote on his facebook page today.
“She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA.”
The reason for the odd choice of middle name? David’s soccer jersey number is ‘7’. cute….

As if Christmas shopping isn’t already anxiety-inducing enough, the tidal wave of international megachains infiltrating Australian shores is set to hit its peak this Christmas with the opening of TopShop’s first flagship retail spaces.
The onslaught of ‘fast fashion’ retailers invading Australian turf has been sudden and fierce - and welcome, evidently; the respective launches of the Zara flagships in Sydney and Melbourne caused near riots, and when Sydney boutique Incu became the first retailer to stock the Topshop brand, the launch incited the kind of eyebrow-raising hysteria typically reserved for a Tom Jones concert.
Fashion and retail blog Fashionising has revealed that Topshop is aiming to open flagships in both Sydney and Melbourne in time for Christmas 2011. Fashionising also said the stores will likely be placed in “retail locations outside both Melbourne’s and Sydney’s city centres”.

On Friday 1 July in a beautiful bias cut gown designed by John Galliano, Kate Moss got married to her long time boyfriend, The Kills guitarist Jamie Hince.
Shirley Bassey performed live. Moss’s former fiance, baby-daddy and Dazed & Confused founder, Jefferson Hack, spun tunes at the reception. Mario Testino was the official photographer. Bryan Ferry, Naomi Campbell, Stella McCartney and Primal Scream’s Bobby Gillespie, and The Clash’s Mick Jones were among the guests, as well as our new favourite celebrity child Lila Grace Moss.
After the epic three day nuptial extravaganza, the bride and groom exited the Cotwalds by helicopter en route to their honeymoon destination.
